We strive to produce products that look amazing, make your life easier and give you peace of mind, so that you can focus on pursuing your passion for cycling. We have every confidence in our products and believe that you will too. The fact remains however, that there will be times when products need replacing. Should you have a claim under our warranty policy, please read below to ensure that your claim falls within the coverage the SUMART warranty offers.
If a SUMART product fails to perform its intended purpose, under normal usage, due to defects in material or workmanship, the tool will be repaired or replaced at our option. Tools that are worn from normal use or damaged due to accident, abuse, neglect or modification are not covered by the warranty. When possible, tools not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable charge. This warranty does not cover consequential damage or cost of injury incurred by the user. Pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Tools for warranty consideration should be returned to the point of purchase or to SUMART Company.
Note: Warranties do not cover:
+ Normal wear and tear
+ Incorrect installation
+ Damage or failure caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or accident
+ Damage to products used in conjunction with SUMART products
Should you wish to pursue a claim, please contact the retailer where you bought your product, along with proof of purchase.
